NATACHA IKOLI

Natacha is a Brooklyn based multidisciplinary artist who primarily works as a video colorist. Born in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Natacha and her family immigrated to France when she was five years old. She studied Cinema and Performing Arts in Paris and ultimately completed a BA in Media and Film Production at London South Bank. Gender identity, social ascension and “cinema verité” have inspired her work as a filmmaker and video artist. Bana Congo Oyez is her directing debut.

PATRICK FLYNN

Born in Rochester, N.Y., Patrick holds a bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from Hamilton College. He has been editing for film and television professionally since 1999 creating documentaries for Viceland, Disney, The Great Big Story, ESPN and The New York Times. Films have screened at Outfest, the Berlin Film Festival and the Disorient Asian American Film Festival. Bana Congo Oyez is his directing debut.
